Xfinity Stream Beta Not Working

Xfinity launched its streaming service for customers of Xfinity TV, Xfinity Instant TV and Xfinity on Campus to provide them with live tv on their smart devices. The application is available for a wide array of devices like the Roku player, fire stick, Apple Tv, cell phones and computers.

In order to get Xfinity Stream on your media players like Roku and fire stick, you need to add the Xfinity stream channel to your device and login with your email id and password. Some devices may give you a code to activate it. For such devices, using a browser, you need to visit xfinity.com/authorize and enter the code as displayed on your television screen.

The Xfinity stream app provides you all the channels you get with your cable service and if you have a DVR, you may also record the shows to watch later. Though the app is a great design and is simple to use, some issues come up from time to time. We can provide you complete support for Xfinity stream at 1-888-335-1333 for the following issues:

  • Xfinity app not downloading
  • Xfinity app freezing
  • Xfinity screen black
  • Xfinity show not playing
  • Xfinity buffering
  • Xfinity error 00116
  • Unable to create DRM session 403-102
